There will be NO coin collecting tonight because Mr. Danhauer is unable to be there this evening.
Summer Camp merit badge completions and partials will take a little while to compile. Once we get them sorted out, Mary will work with each boy to finish all partials.

Eagle Scout Project
Jackson Hartsough’s Eagle Scout Project is taking place Friday, August 16th from 4pm to 6pm and Saturday, August 17th, from 10am to 2:30pm. His project is repairing and refurbishing a brick labyrinth behind Mt. Tabor UMC. Please bring work clothes to dig in, closed toed shoes, gloves, and water. The project will take place behind the equipment shed (map location below – red pin). Jackson requests that interested participants fill out this Google Form.

UPDATE: There will be a law merit badge for all scouts tonight in addition to the others.

Mr. Danhauer will be in the Scout Room if any new scout parents have any questions about summer camp. The admin team will be there accepting health and camp forms.
The Coin Collecting merit badge will start next Monday, July 8.
Swim Test CANCELED
As a reminder, the swim test at Clemmons YMCA scheduled for today has been canceled.
In order to have Merit Badge Mondays this summer, we will need commitments from adult leaders on which Merit Badges they would like to teach and what Mondays they can commit to. As of now, we have no one signed up to teach any classes. Please contact Lee at scouterlmd@gmail.com with Merit Badges and which Mondays you can commit to.
Outdoor Committee Meeting is tonight at 6pm. It will primarily be for planning the Memorial Day Cherokee trip. All adults planning on going to the Cherokee/GSMNP tubing trip are encouraged to attend this evening.
Eagle Scout Fundraisers & Workdays
Luke Mistor will host his Eagle Scout Car Wash from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM on May 25 at Mt. Tabor UMC. Food and Drinks will be provided and all scouts should wear athletic shorts and t-shirt.
CRK Registration Due
CRK registration is due by Memorial Day. May 13 (tonight) is the last day to submit/request changes to MB/activity choices.

Help Needed
Ben Walker is looking for volunteers to help at an event at Raven Knob this weekend.
Anyone wanting to help should let Ben (919-907-1739) know and plan on being at the tower around 8:45. Additionally, please let him know if you are interested in becoming certified as a climbing instructor.
