The last troop meeting for the year was our Court of Honor last Friday evening. There is NO meeting tonight (Dec 13). Our next meeting will be Jan 10. See you then. And Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!

This is a reminder that the Dec 2021 Court of Honor (COH) will be held tomorrow, Dec 10 at 7 PM. There will be NO meal/banquet this year as in years’ past. The meeting will start at 7:00 like a usual COH. Further, we will be meeting in the Alspaugh Worship Center (and NOT the Family Life Center/church gym). Please plan on attending with your son to recognize the advancement work of our Scouts this past quarter.

Happy Thanksgiving and Happy Holidays! We will resume troop meetings tomorrow (Nov 29) and the week after (Dec 6). Our Dec 10 Court of Honor will NOT be our traditional Banquet event (due to a delay in determining banquet parameters for MTUMC). We will have a regular COH in the Family Life Center on the 10th.

Scoutmaster conferences and Boards of Review will be held for all scouts eligible for rank advancement starting tomorrow and on Dec 6.

Popcorn pick up is this Friday, Nov 12. You MUST pick up this day – no carry overs can occur (we have nowhere to store ANY popcorn). We’ll put a post up when orders are ready to pick up but they should be ready by mid-late afternoon Friday.
We still need a couple of volunteers Friday morning at 9 and a couple for pick up times that afternoon . If you can help, email Amanda Treadway at atread25@gmail.com. (Note: This does count for service hours.)

Next Monday is “Fall Break for WSFCS. As a general rule (for all you new scouter families in T934), NO (WSFCS) SCHOOL = NO SCOUTS. Next meeting will be Nov 1.

Popcorn orders and money due tonight!
We will be in room 122 (2 rooms to the left of the Scout room) starting at 6:30 to collect popcorn forms and money. Tonight is the LAST NIGHT to turn them in. Please have your forms completed prior to arriving.
