Adult Volunteers needed for Popcorn Delivery Day

At the time of this announcement – we still need 42 available slots to be filled for Popcorn Delivery this coming Thursday. Consider spending a few hours of your day at Mt. Tabor UMC please – we have an entire truck load of popcorn to count and divide up into scout specific orders. I’ll be using my available community service and volunteer hours at work to take the time off to help! Even an hour will make all the difference!

Popcorn Pickup – Thursday Evening

Please watch the Troop Website for when the popcorn will be available for pick up. This year we are getting the popcorn two hours later than we have gotten it in the past so the pick up time may be later than usual. I would expect it be ready no earlier than after lunch and pick up is available until 6:30 pm. The church will not allow it to be stored there overnight so send someone to get it or make arrangements to with another scout family.

Troop Equipment – Please Check

Please have your scouts check at home for any Troop camping equipment that accidentally went home in their packs after the last trip. They need to please bring it all back to the next scout meeting.
